Include your macOS version, App version (Help → About), GAM version (gam version), and a description of the issue. Do not send service account JSON or license keys in public forums.
Before you write
- Complete the setup checklist on the admin portal.
- Confirm GAM works in Terminal for the same command.
- Check Configuration → diagnostics in the App.
- Check release notes for your version.

Google Workspace Marketplace reviewers
Install from Google Workspace Marketplace, then open the app → Upgrade → Authenticate with Google. GAM 7 must be installed separately on the same Mac (install guide).
